Belfast Media Festival Presents:
Music Placement In Killing Eve
Sponsored By Belfast City Council

Thursday 7th November · 10:00am - 11:00am
The MAC, 10 Exchange Street West

Killing Eve is the multi award-winning drama created by Phoebe Waller-Bridge (currently in pre-production for season three). One standout element of the show has been the BAFTA award-winning music - both the original composed score (by David Holmes and Keefus Ciancia) and also the artist and band music that’s chosen and used in many of the most iconic scenes.

This work is undertaken by music supervisor Catherine Grieves - whose credits also include You Were Never Really Here, Riviera, and Brexit: The Uncivil War.

In this unmissable Q&A she will chat through her process for selecting tracks, how music supervisors work with directors, producers, editors and composers to create the sound for a show, and talk towards emerging bands and songwriters on the pathway to successfully placing music in television.

Moderator - Mark Gordon (Score Draw Music)
