Celebrating 20 years since the launch of Alternative Ulster magazine.
Back in 2003, Alternative Ulster magazine blazed onto the scene. Launched with a sold-out Mandela Hall gig from Therapy?, it championed Northern Irish and Irish music alongside big names from across the world. AU became both a reflection of the vibrant regional scene and a major driving force behind it. The magazine ran for a total of 81 issues over the course of a decade and provided a vital platform for writers, photographers and designers as well as the countless bands and artists who adorned its pages.
This event is a celebration of AU, its readers, and everyone involved. The special live performers and DJs will not be revealed in advance and will only become known as they take the stage.
